Yaziio is a messaging and sales application that aims to reply to comments and direct messages received by Instagram professional accounts in the account owner's voice using AI, route questions to the right place and guide interested people to a course or offer. It is under development; today only the webhook receiver for Meta notifications and this site are running. It is being built by Tolga Vuranel.

Three things: (1) a public webhook receiver for Meta notifications; the X-Hub-Signature-256 signature is verified, requests with an invalid signature are rejected, and the raw event is stored in a database idempotently. (2) This static site, served over HTTPS with security headers. (3) A site that uses no cookies. Everything else (management dashboard, automatic replies, AI classification and sales assistant, etc.) is planned.

Creators, educators and small businesses with comment and DM traffic on Instagram. The goal is to be able to reply quickly and personally to every comment and message and guide interested people towards a sale. This goal is still under development.

ManyChat is a mature, multi-channel cloud platform hosted by ManyChat. Yaziio aims to focus on Instagram only, run on the account owner's own infrastructure, reply in the account owner's voice and verify price/content against an approved catalogue; most of this is still in development. No. Yaziio is designed around Meta's official Instagram API; it never asks for or sees your account password. Account connection is not live yet; once it is, you will be able to remove access at any time in your Instagram settings.

Meta's API is for professional (business or creator) accounts, so Yaziio is planned to connect to Instagram professional accounts.

Once reply generation is live, the relevant message is planned to be sent to Anthropic's AI model (Claude) to draft a reply and determine the topic of a message. Today no message is sent to any AI model. Yaziio does not use your messages to train its own models. Details: AI Disclosure.

It is being designed not to: prices, dates and content will come only from a catalogue approved by the account owner, and the assistant will hand the conversation to a human whenever it is unsure. This is not live yet. AI can make mistakes; we recommend verifying information before important decisions.

That is the design principle: once automatic replies go live, it will be stated clearly when a conversation starts with the automated assistant, the assistant will not claim to be human and people will be able to ask for a human at any time. Today Yaziio sends no messages.

No. It sends no messages today; once live, replying only to people who comment, message, reply to a story or tag the account, and not writing to people who have not interacted, is a design principle.

Today the receiver stores raw event notifications from Meta and there is no automatic deletion yet; deletion requests are handled by email. The default target is 180 days: when the application goes live, automatic deletion/anonymisation will be added so that conversation and comment content is deleted or anonymised after 180 days. No. Data is not sold and is not used to build advertising profiles.

The management dashboard is planned and does not exist yet; once it does, it will not be opened to the public internet and will be reachable only from authorised devices. Today only this marketing site and the webhook endpoint that receives notifications from Meta are public.
